My husband had been here before and said "It wasn't too bad." Considering it was Mother's Day, we didn't want to go anywhere that would be crowded. Well, this place wasn't! We got there at 5:30 and left at 6:30. During that time there were at total of 14 customers and only one other group stayed....every time someone walked into the place, all 5 employees yelled "Welcome to Moe's!" It's is nerve wracking if you are trying to have a conversation! The choice of music was nice, but being jarred by their yelling was annoying. We ordered a quesedea and a pile of chips with stuff added. I had water ($1.99!!) A and he had soda.... total $21.00!! The food was so bland and tasteless, if we hadn't been so hungry we would have dumped it. As we left we realized that there were tables outside....which would have been a better idea. No wonder everyone took their order 'to go'! We will never go back because we have had diarrhea ever since and had to miss work today!! We both had chicken in our order. Back to Taco Bell!!!

I followed up with my visit to Moe's with an online comment to the company. I received to what looked like a "copy and paste" email from the store GM. He offered me a moebucks which I assume is a free voucher for a meal. So I accepted the offer and responded with my mailing address. It's been 2 months since the email and have yet to receive the voucher. I'll ignore the voucher, but I will not return to Moe's if management clearly has no concern for customer satisfaction.

Always a solid choice for something fast and delicious. Although it's not authentic, it's still good food. Definitely not not pass up on the Queso. Thank me later. Never had a bad meal here

So bad! Chewy steak, sub par ingredients, really disappointing. I wasnt expecting anything extravagant, but Taco Bell blows this joint out of the water! I'm giving it 1 star because the service was good. I won't be back.Ever.

Filthy! Should be closed down by health department is so dirty! It was very good when they 1st opened, but after a few years it's fallen apart. Inside needs a major cleaning. Broken tables, Torn booths, the floor is always slippery and dirty. The whole place is really very dirty. It's a complete turn off when you walk in. Food is decent and the chips are good. Typical Moes, if you can get past the ambiance to actually order.

Great mexican choices. As a vegan, it's hard to find a place to make decent Mexican. Moe's succeeds by providing tofu as a protein, and TONS of vegetable choices. They have a salsa bar with multiple choices for salsa. They are busy at lunch time, and the line does tend to slow down. It also tends to get noisy at lunch time.

Screw the bad reviews (no im not paid or employed by moes) This place rocks, I miss it - I live on the west coast and moes (especially moes monday special) was a regular spot. The burritos and bols are big.. Id say bigger than chipotle. They have whole wheat tortilla option (a nice touch) The steak and meat taste more seasoned than chipotle.. Perhaps chipotle beats with the non-gmo aspect and im not sure if moes does this also as it's been a bit since I've been there. I personally think the guac and sour cream taste better at moes.. And the burrito has better topping selection (you can get bacon here, cilantro, two different types of jalapeños, the chipotle ranch dressing is fire) - overall moes wins hands down and doesn't charge extra for chips. Of course moes needs to maybe step up on a couple things like just make sure the place is always re stocked with free salsa. The hot sauce salsa (hard rock) is legit if you want some real kick and tastes good. The queso... This warm, liquid version of cocaine is quite addictive but don't look up the health facts if you're eating it.. But when you eat something like that you don't care about health. If you want to be healthy grab a burrito Bol and don't get sour cream or queso - pretty solid meal if you're watching your waist too Moes!

I love the Moes' chain restaurants as their food tastes great and the staff is upbeat and friendly. I have visited this particular Moe's location about 8 times now and every time I am here, the place is a mess. I dont know if this is because all the families frequent this particular Moe's and the children tend to be a bit messier, or the staff just lacks the effort to clean the place. Needless to say, I have steered clear of this particular Moe's because who wants to eat at a filthy restaurant? Not me.

I don't know what it is about Moe's, but I'm addicted to this place. If you're looking for real mexican food, this isn't for you, but if you're looking for Tacos and Burritos that put Taco Bell to shame, you'll definitely want to give this place a try. Make sure to get a side of "Queso" for your nacho chips! One thing to note, they charge a little extra for steak.

Love the tofu bowl. Got options for vegetarians. Chips included and several salsas to choose from.

Moe's Southwest Grill is a chain restaurant and this was my first time eating at any of the Moe's locations. I was excited to try it out because they offer tofu in place of meat in their dishes. And it was good tofu! So far as taste, it was okay. When it comes to chain-style Mexican-ish food, I prefer Taco Del Mar (Seattle-area) or Rubio's (southern CA). Neither have tofu like Moe's, but I enjoy the flavor better. Still, check out Moe's. In a hurry, it seems like a good choice. Note on location: This place was hard to find. Enter shopping plaza from PGA Boulevard.

I went with a friend who had a coupon, otherwise I skip Moes. They food is about step up from Taco Bell in my opinion. It's a big chain, so what can you say. The McDonald's of Southwest food? The shell are alway fresh and soft, chips are to OK, just the main fixing are fast food, versus good Mexican. I would agree with other reviews that the place is clean and service is usually very quick even when they are busy.

Moe's is great. Delicious fresh food is prepared to order and priced nice. Way better and classier than Taco Bell. And again, great vegetarian choices. Love you Moe!

My first time there. Loved it! Plenty of options and great prices. Very fresh food and friendly people. I was worried it would be like a "sit down" taco bell but I was plesently surprised! Can't wait to go back!

in the raging Moe's v. Chipotle debate , Moes is the winner. They have no freezers, there are far more items to choose from, the salsa bar has some very hot and tasty sauces. By a knockout...it's Moes! Sometimes the dining room gets pretty messy, salsa and napkins everywhere. Tighten up on that. Moe's, Always!

Moes, is a good place to eat some quick Mexican food (Southwest food actually). The place is clean, parking is easy, and the food is good. I like the tofu and chicken, but I stay away from the meat/steak. Ground beef is rather oily and the steak can be tough. I really enjoy the chips thin, crispy and salty! Some of my favorites are the Homewrecker and the Nachos. I absolutely love the China Mist iced tea. Salsas arent bad... I like the one with lots of tomato chunks as well as the verde salsa.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
